Altered States

Altered States is an app I am building for exploring altered states of consciousness that are revealed to us through dreams, parts work, the pulling of tarot cards and the work with plant medicines.

It is in its infancy and whenever I reflect on or learn something new in my own practice, I update the app to reflect this.
