I host a fortnightly kirtan and group energy healing between 4-7pm in my home in Southwark, it is an intimate setting limited to eight people.

Every other week, I have a collaborator Rajesh who will share his tuning fork practice as part of the Sunday reset too.

I am a part of the Mission E1 4beat teacher training faculty in Sept 2026 and Feb 2027 on chakras and energy healing.

I'll be sharing a 25-minute kirtan at 4.30pm as part of the Ram Dass UK satsang in-person meetup.

The gathering runs 3–5pm at Brixton Quaker House. All are welcome — come and chant, or simply listen and settle.
