Offerings for your festival

Kirtan and Energy Healing: Sing Yourself Home

45–75 minutes

We begin with a call-and-response kirtan, then move into stillness. I offer group energy healing where everyone gets to experience reiki (how much time each person gets depends on how many people are there), before we close with an integration circle where participants are invited to share their experiences. I can also bring an assistant or collaborator, or we can cap the audience so it's a good experience for everyone — happy to discuss with the person managing workshops.

Sound and Energy Healing: A Journey Back Into the Body

60–90 minutes

With a sound healing collaborator leading a sound journey, I offer group energy healing where everyone gets to experience reiki (how much time each person gets depends on how many people are there), before an integration circle where participants are invited to share their experiences.

Kirtan: The Practice of the Heart

30–60 minutes

A call-and-response chanting meditation accessible for everyone, even those who have never chanted before. This is one where the audience participates.

1:1 Intuitive Energy Healing

30 or 60 minutes

Bookable slots in the healing village. I open a session with my voice accompanied by the harmonium, ground myself and the client, then hover my hands above the energy field — usually above the chakras — moving intuitively to where healing is sought. Bodies often transmit stories about their past into my palm; sometimes I receive it as a sudden understanding, other times clients confirm I see their memories. This work surfaces unconscious patterns and is often the beginning of the loosening of a deep habitual pattern.

The 30-minute session is an introduction; the 60-minute is the normal length.

Experience

What I bring

Caryn trained as a yoga teacher (200-hour vinyasa, Sangyé Yoga London) and in non-violent communication, counselling and coaching. She is a Reiki II practitioner in the Usui/Holy Fire III tradition and a 4beat teacher-training faculty member on chakras and energy healing.

She most recently taught about the chakras and the subtle body at Mission E1 — a leading yoga studio in London — on a teacher training course, and leads a kirtan and group energy healing every two Sundays in Southwark.

Her practice is devotional and grounded: daily meditation and chanting, and a willingness to meet a room exactly where it is.

Practicalities

What I need

  • A quiet space, a workshop tent, or a stage slot — kirtan needs a little room for people to sit and ideally basic sound reinforcement for the harmonium and voice.

  • For 1:1 sessions, a small private area where people can lie down is ideal.

  • I travel across the UK and internationally; accommodation and travel are arranged with the festival.

  • Group sessions hold from 8 people up to a full workshop tent; 1:1 slots run 20–30 minutes each.
