On-site 1:1 sessions
Staff book short intuitive energy reading and healing slots during a wellbeing day. Each person leaves with something personal to sit with.
For the workplace
Stress, burnout and disconnection rarely lift with perks. They shift when people's energy does. Caryn brings intuitive energy work, chanting and embodied practice into the workplace — in London and online.
What you offer
Staff book short intuitive energy reading and healing slots during a wellbeing day. Each person leaves with something personal to sit with.
A guided session on energy, the chakras and presence for a team — practical, embodied, and a genuine reset for the nervous system.
Regular visits — for example monthly — so the work compounds and becomes part of how the team actually operates.
For remote and distributed teams. Energy work and guided practice translate well online; nothing is lost by not being in the same room.
What a session looks like
We begin by settling — a few minutes of quiet or simple chanting so people arrive in their bodies rather than at their desks.
For 1:1 sessions, each person lies down and Caryn works with her hands above the chakras, then shares what she noticed. Sessions run 20–45 minutes.
For group workshops, Caryn guides the room through energy, breath and presence practices suited to the team and the time available.
Every session ends with integration, so people leave steadier than they arrived.
Who it's for
Wellbeing days, leadership offsites, teams under sustained pressure, and organisations that want their people supported rather than performed at.
You don't need to be a spiritual workplace. You do need to be willing to let people slow down for an hour.
Questions

Group workshops run from 45 minutes to two hours depending on the format. 1:1 sessions are booked in 20–45 minute slots.
Yes. Energy work and guided practice work well over video, and a virtual format lets distributed teams take part together.
For 1:1 wellbeing days, roughly 8–12 people depending on session length. Group workshops can hold larger teams — let's talk about your numbers.
No. The practices draw on yoga, reiki and devotional chanting, but nothing asks anyone to believe anything. It's an embodied reset, available to anyone.
